TouchBack was the result of collaboration among a team of innovative leaders in the international hair colour industry.
The product was conceived by Joan Lasker, whose experience in the beauty industry spans 30 years. She was a Beauty Editor at Vogue, a Vice President of L'Oreal, and President of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW is the cosmetic industry's 4000-member trade organization).
